New Nation Rule for Malaysia :
- TM Liga Super, TM Liga Premier, TM Lower Division now can sign foreigners.
- Maximum 15 foreigner can be sign for a club.
- Malaysia's league reputation had been increase so just less effort need to buy foreigner players.
